Now the rest of the review: we have been coming here for years now, and it’s getting worse year after year. We initially wanted to go to another resto close by, but it was closed. So why not give the Pact 24 another try after a long long time. It immediately went wrong when we were greeted. The boss lady didn’t give any impression we were welcome, the answers were short and she really walked around like she didn’t care. The food was served by a student and he was really professional and welcoming . Funny to hear it was only his 2nd day. The quality of the food was mediocre. but absolutely not up to the standards they want you to pay for. Had better in a way less poch restaurants. The service kept on being demotivating due to the boss lady not being enthusiastic at all. And then there is the cleanliness of the place. Please check my photos, cleaning is not their strongest skill, but asking an up-scale price is apparently normal. We will not come back unless there is a big improvement or a new management. The food is good. The service is kind and attentive. A typical family restaurant. Nice venue, easy access, very large parking facility. Reservation is probably necessary as the place also has an indoor children playground. Not to be advies in the early hours if You want to dine in quitness and serenity.
