I will not bring my kids here again! The newly renovated children’s area is extremely unsafe! Every toddler I saw fell down on the slippery floor and stairs when entering or exiting the play area. My own child narrowly avoided falling multiple times, but only because I was holding their hand — which was quite challenging for me as I had a baby in my arms. The worst incident happened near the water slide area. An elderly man at the top of the slide entry lost his footing, slipped, and started falling down the stairs. Another man and I managed to catch him before he fell further, but in the process, he knocked over a young toddler standing on the stairs. The poor girl was likely seriously injured, as she cried inconsolably for 30 minutes before her parents finally took her home. This space is dangerously designed and clearly unfit for children or adults. I’m just grateful my kids left unharmed, but I am absolutely appalled by the lack of safety considerations.
