We were visiting my wife's family and staying in the city center, and I was looking for a green, outdoor place where I could take our 2-year-old daughter to play and unwind. We found this park almost by accident, and it quickly became one of our favorite spots. We ended up coming back every couple of days for several weeks. It’s a stunning place right by the canal, with beautiful open views and a peaceful atmosphere. The park is very clean and well maintained, and everything about it feels safe and family-friendly. There’s something really special about it—it has a relaxed, welcoming vibe that made all three generations of our little group happy. Our daughter absolutely loved the water features and playground, and it was just as enjoyable for us adults, including my wife’s grandmother who joined us a few times. There aren’t many places where you can find fun, nature, and peace all in one spot, but this park truly offers that. It gave us some lovely memories as a family, and I would highly recommend it to anyone—whether you’re local or just visiting Zutphen like we were.
