We had to wait far too long for our food—1.5 hours. When we asked about the delay, the manager said that waiting for an hour is normal. He explained that the salad with fish requires three different people to prepare, which is why it took so long. Even the Danish guests next to us had to wait just as long and said that this was definitely not normal. Furthermore, some dishes were served to us piping hot while others were lukewarm or cold. Customers who arrived after us had already paid and left, while we were still waiting for our food. The manager showed no understanding of our situation.
