I usually go in the morning to swim, but I notice that after certain hours they close the half of the for classes for kids, when they only use the half of that reserved space. Sometimes we are like 5 people trying to fit in one track. I think it’s absurd to limit the use of the and reserve the half of it for couple of kids taking classes. Or at least they should notice or send mails to notify, so I don’t bother to even go at that hour. Worst. They are under renovation but no information online. We went there and still no information or whatsoever written on the door in English that tourist can understand. Staff are seeing us inside when we are at the door but no one dare to come to tell us that they are closed. The very friendly staff member told us that the information on the website of the swimming is only in Finnish and difficult to locate, even for the locals. Apparently, the less busy times are between 6.30 and 8.30 am, after 13 pm, and on weekends. If you intend to actually swim, consider calling in advance. 2 stars is given for the sauna.
