If they dont have basic brand awareness, then their management team should consider another career. We like coming here because it's big and airy and has a play area so the kids are entertained. Service could improve, and food is at Mcdonald's standards. Staff are always friendly and polite. Food and coffees are always exactly how we ordered. There’s never a long wait in the drive through. McNuggets were burnt and hollow and the fries were undercooked (pale and soggy) I heard several people complain while we were there. Too many kids vaping in bathrooms and at tables with no respect for younger children. Management doesn't do anything. Won't be taking young children there anymore. Perfect location. I recently visited McDonald’s for a quick bite, and it was a mixed experience. The food came out fast, which I appreciated, and the fries were perfectly crispy and golden. However, the burger was lukewarm, and the lettuce looked a little wilted, which was disappointing. The restaurant itself was clean and had plenty of seating, but the music was a bit loud, making it hard to enjoy a relaxed meal. The staff were polite, though the order taker seemed rushed. Ordered 2 items, computer write that its imposible to print receipt, got one item and receipt on bag was for one item. McDolads is rubish, rubing peaople. Never agen go to any McDonalds! Possibly the slowest macdonalds I've ever been to. No exaggeration to say you'd get your starter and main course quicker in a fine dining restaurant. Awful service Waited 25 for food ,burgers like rubber ,when complained told to wait another 25 for new food as they were busy.Also filthy with rubbish on most of the tables. Pretty good all round. Place was buzzing at 11pm at night. We wanted to try tge spicy chicken nuggets. Not as nice as the original but a nice alternative. Only 10pm, 5 workers (at least) and a mild amount of people there consistently going in and out. Took a whopping 35 for 4 nuggets, a hamburger and chips. And when I got my order, everything from the chips to the hamburger was cold. Only 3 other orders before mine, so the average time for a meal to be made was around 9-12 minutes. Absolutely shocking. The place was dirty, their own floors at ketchup, water and chips SCATTERED around the floor. Not a single clean table. The girl who worked on the order for a family of 3 before me stopped preparing their order at exactly 11pm, but on her coat and left. Bag was left for 5 before the man who directly came from CLEANING used the same gloves to prepare their meal. I'd be happy to give descriptions of what these workers looked like. Disgraceful work. Once again we’re left disappointed, half our food was missing after I asked at the counter was it all there and told yes!
