We visited Jūrmala in February, hoping to find a nice restaurant at the beach for sunset. Unfortunately everything was closed down due to it being off-tourism-season. We started driving and by accident found this place, looking local and small. The service was nice and fast. She did her absolute best to help translate the menu and made recommendations.
