The food will be served unlimited and fast... Super good I visited the Gurudwara with my Spouse on one fine November Sunday. It is a stand-alone structure in Tullinge, and very well connected by public transport run by SL. You will find a lot of Indians, and can connect with them over anything of your wish. Sikhs are always a welcoming community. They are one of the most liberal communities and are not judgmental in their approach. You will find shoe racks and coat hangers at ground floor, separate for Ladies and Gents. Adjacent hall is used to distribute Prasad (Langar). Stairs beside the front door will take you up to the main praying room. You can chose to sit and enjoy the Satsang and pay your respect to the Gurugranth Sahib. For me the feeling was quite comforting. The environment was calming and the music and divine words from Satsang will make you sit and enjoy this holy feeling. You will feel at home. Once you’re satisfied, you can come down, have your Prasad, and you are even free to help serving food with others. It is always better to help people in serving langar, one way or other, as you will feel more involved in something good. As for the langar, though one should never comment on it as ‘food’ but still I can’t resist not mentioning the taste. It is something an Indian , specifically a North Indian, will not ever find anywhere else in Stockholm. If you’re a Punjabi or someone who ever ate before food cooked in a Punjabi house, you’ll quickly know what I am talking about 😉. In all, I can say this is a must visit, for Indians and Swedish alike. Beautiful gurudwara to seek some peace and blessings.
