Si tratta di un bellissimo bosco di tassodi situato sulle rive del fiume Oglio, nelle immediate vicinanze del Lago d'Iseo. I tassodi sono conifere d'acqua originarie dell' America Settentrionale e crescono in zone paludose, dove molti altri alberi non sopravviverebbero. La loro particolarità è di avere radici respiratorie, chiamate pneumatofori, che sono in grado di fuoriuscire dal terreno, creando curiosi effetti scenografici e consentendo alla pianta di ottenere ossigeno anche quando il terreno intorno è allagato. L'area complessiva non è molto grande (circa 20mila metri quadri) e viene visitata attraverso una sopraelevata in legno della lunghezza di 300 metri. Si tratta di un luogo ben tenuto, molto interessante e davvero piacevole da visitare. Piccola oasi naturalistica sulla sponda del fiume Oglio.
