Вината са невероятни – автентични български сортове, направени с много любов и внимание към детайла. Особено впечатляващи са редките и възродени сортове, които няма да откриете другаде. Дегустацията е добре организирана, с интересни разкази за лозята, технологията и традициите. This is one of the best wineries in Bulgaria. Very highly recommended. High quality wines. Beautiful venue. Yoana has been an amazing help. We spent about an hour tasting, various from whites, roses and very red reds. Dimitri (I think I have his name right.) spent an hour with us, pouring various from the vineyard. He is a very knowledgeable man, with a degree in viticulture from a French University. We talked about everything from blending to climate change. We loved visiting the winery and we had a great guide who explained to us the details for all the wines. The selection was diverse and we were able to taste a great variety of wines. It is a little gem in Yalovo and we highly recommend for a visit. A lovely little cellar, in a lovely little village. They were very nice and kind hosts. They have a very nice series of wines, offering also traditional Bulgarian varieties (Gamza, Dimyat, etc.). If you have a way to Tarnovo or Gabrovo, be sure to visit the winery.
