The "Nedelya" café is located a bit off the tourist track in Veliko Turnovo, on the ground floor of what used to be "The Pioneers' Home," built in the last decade of communism in the country. Perhaps, paradoxically, the café maintains the building's ambit of catering to the needs of young people and children;-) The service is very prompt and efficient, and the staff is friendly, kind, and helpful.
