There are spots for jumping in the water. Many different hills and points of interest are nearby for a short-long trip. The pictures are real😄 The is nice, it also has lots of space around it to sunbathe but you have to have in mind there aren't any deck chairs you can rent but that isn't that big of a letdown. There are two platforms above water from which you can jump in the water because the water is deep enough. On weekends the gets quite crowded but throughout the week it's fine. You have a lot of space to play ball games and more. There is a bus connection from the centre of Ljubljana to the lake. You have to take the 19B bus and go to the last station. 19B runs around once per hour on workdays and once per two hours on weekends. Overall it is a very nice place to hangout and sunbathe :) Nice surroundings, good food and quite cheap.
