Extremely overpriced on everything!! Nowhere to sit, allowed too many people in considering the size of the place. Car park was like having a game of dodge the holes, no lighting there to enable you to see properly and then they wanted you to pay to use the toilet, omg never heard anything so ridiculous in my life!! Did we want to buy a raffle ticket for the tombola, like heck we did after spending €20 entry fee to stand over some poor woman trying to eat all because we we're squashed in!! They put up all the prices especially....15€ for bowl of pasta. Disorganized, shambolic, tables not clean, waiters running around and not in control. All were unhappy and unhelpful. Waited over 1 hour for food. Tap water was refused despite having bought other drinks (the mgr said the ice rink policy is never to allow tap water to any children or adults or they would lose profit!!) Rink was cold, toilets dirty. Avoid. Dirty, unwelcoming and rude and overall very expensive. Worst Ice-Rink we've ever visited for a competition in Europe. After traveling from across Europe they charged for access to toilets which weren't clean - or even having toilet paper (totally uncivilized). After charging for use of the toilets by a stamp on the han - the toilet attendants went home. unpleasant, food expensive, shambles and you cannot split bills (as it doesn't suit the it would seem.). Not clear where to order in the restaurant, no smiles and everything designed to try and get as much money from you as possible with little effort. Water not available (unless in tiny 250ml bottles for sale - never seen that at any other sporting venue in Europe where athletes compete and environmentally horrific). Again, all about the money... Generally the feeling the management and care only for money, not the customers or athletes, so much so that it's unpleasant atmosphere and the do not smile or welcome (encouraged by management probably). As a spectator ice rink very cold. Recommendation - the management need to be changed immediately, and the retrained to focus on customers/ consumers experience: need to smile, and new management and bring some charm and hospitality back. I also suspect their google review rating is being artificially lifted by 5 star reviews with no commentary.. It's a million miles away from 4/5 stars. This ice rink is not suitable for international competitions.
