Not cheap thought but what a experince ... Had a time, only 2 other on the piste so it was basically a private session. Clean building and easy to get to by car! They also had awesome music playing Allowing waaay too many on the slope making you have to wait around 7 minutes to end up at the bottom again in +-15 seconds. If you have some experience, don't bother going because it's a waste of time. Also, the deal with the food included makes you wait +-20 minutes in line to get your pasta, total waste of time. I would not recommend getting the sunday promo. (2 hours of piste, rental gear & spaghetti) it is extremely busy, and the rental line was about 15 minutes long. There is a lack of signage and info boards, which led to us having to queue twice, since you can only get a snowboard/skis if you already took the boots and helmets, which we didn’t know the first we queued up. (You take the boots and helmets yourself, which we also didn’t know) Now, the worst part in my opinion is that over the intercom, there is a often repeating message saying that you need to have the basics of skiing and/or snowboarding, should be able to break at all times and need to know how to use the lift independently, otherwise they’ll expell you from the slopes. In my experience these indoor slopes are often used to practice and to gain experience in the sport. So why are we threatening to throw out these very people? I think practicing snowboarding and skiing can be done in a safe manner, there is a huge difference between a beginner, and someone who is careless and a danger to other on the slope. After all this fearmongering talk, we entered the slope, only to see so many who didn’t fit the above criteria. Lots of fell using the lift, lots of who didn’t have the basics yet. Look, i don’t want to be expelled just because they’re practicing. It’s just, they don’t even enforce their own rules, which made me loose respect for this place even more. Half of the piste is taken up by the park, and there were a lot of “slow down” fences in the middle of the slope too, which all made it difficult to practice without worrying of bumping into an obstacle. We also had to wait an additional 30 minutes in line for the restaurant, but the pasta was tasty, i’ll give em that. We took one hour lesson of ski and had a lot of fun! Benny is our instructor. He is the best Ski instructor! I can't speak Netherlands or Franch, but Benny teach us in very simple way with easy English. Which make us very easy to learn and understand. (So we learned fast) After the lesson, we pay extra to ski for 3 hr more. It's deal in summer time. fun - the photos are from the restaurant / bar overlooking one of the ski slopes. The sky diving is brilliant, albeit you only get a couple of minutes! Excellent faculty , always bringing new activities, incredible indoor outdoor facility We had a experience with the Skydiving activity during our son's birthday celebration. Tito, who took care of the group of kids, was great, funny and very professional. All had time. Then we have moved to the Brasserie for a drink and pancakes that come with the Birthday package. And unfortunately, that was a deception. Mainly because of the service - all pancakes were served without cutlery, even the ones with ice cream... The birthday boy got a candle on his pancake, which was nice...but it would definitely be nicer if it would come light up and I wouldn't have to chase around for the server to come back and actually light it. Oh, yes, and it was a customer who finally lend us his lighter. So - activity! Thank you for that, kids had a blast. Brasserie - not great, sorry about that. It was a fantastic experience for the kids to be able to do this. Very friendly and professional guidance from Laurens. A big compliment to the Ice Mountain Ski dive team.
