Minced meat burek barely had any meat in it so I basically paid 550 lek for layers of greasy cheap quality pastry. They didn't have black tea so I asked for hot water and milk (as I had my own black tea) and they charged me an extra 100 lek. The lady actually had to call someone (I assume the manager) to ask permission. No autonomy for staff members to serve simple water and milk in a paper cup. What a joke of a business. The ice creams were really good — we tried the chocolate and cherry flavors and enjoyed them! The lady who served us was very kind and had a lovely smile, which made the experience even nicer. However, the other cashier seemed a bit unfriendly and made a mistake with the change, which was disappointing. The worst hot chocolate of my life. Tasteless, thick and almost mushy. I wouldn't eat/drink anything from this place even if I got it for free. Total scam, eat somewhere else. The branch at the airport... Prices over exaggerated. One cappuccino 3.5 euro, in the biggest in Europe you dont pay for a simple cappuccino more than 2.5 euro. And I am not saying anything about the quality of the coffee. Prices and quality never side by side or very rarely. There are other bars buy the same sh... ⭐️ Excellent Experience at Buka İme – Branch! ⭐️ I had a wonderful visit to the Buka İme branch! The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided great service. Special thanks to Dafi for preparing the most delicious Banana Smoothie — it was fresh, creamy, and absolutely perfect! If you’re passing through the airport, I highly recommend stopping by. Great vibes, excellent service, and refreshing drinks — exactly what every traveler needs! Coffe is Good, is near to 0! I pay a coffe about 2.10€ without a saucer and without a spoon. The barmaid was very rude in her service. She placed the cup on the table without offering a set of cutlery and sugar. Honestly i hope that this will be fixed. Worst burek I've eaten since I'm.in Albania, hard and cold, also de most expensive one. it's ok but milk in the coffee was burnt. I asked a double expresso and they charged me 450 lek when a single expresso they charge 210 lek. The coffee was good but I felt scammed. The loveliest experience in Tirana airport! They have soy & almond milk for iced coffees & the water wasn’t expensive. I spilt my coffee when I walked away and whilst we were cleaning it up the lovely woman serving us made me another one🥹 The best customer & a good start to our day ! Horrible,horrible,horrible!!! We ate in before our flight . We bought a calzone and a hot dog and after I ate more then half of the hot dog I found mould inside of the dough…we gave back the calzone as we didnt had the courage to try something else. The worker lady with red wavy hair she didnt even apologised and she was saying is not mould . She didnt even apologised to us and was asking what we want,like for real? She was asking if we want the money back …like i care about money or that I ate something moldy and I’ve been sick all the way in the flight . The was disgusting really!!!! Best pistachio ice-cream I tasted in Albania! Staff, especially Dorentina from the branch, were friendly, efficient and very generous with ice-cream scoops 😀 Dafina, Gresa, and Gleolisa were so kind!! Gresa helped recommend me the best way to have my sandwich and was very friendly, Gleolisa was super efficient in checking me out with my card, and Dafina was so accommodating to me and boyfriend when we got ice cream! Overall a great experience and I’m really grateful to have such nice staff in a place that is foreign to me. 0 stars bought a calzone from there and it was with mould inside.. they didn't even apologise for that. They was flies inside their cabinet where they kept the food. Recommended 10/10 🫶 The only place at the Rinas that has traditional albanian pies among other fresh cookies. Wonderful from the smiley faces of Ariana, Beta and Eda. Loved the energy and atmosphere! Great smoothie. Very bad customer and the high prices do not justify the quality of the food and service. I sat at Buka Ime because the Wi-Fi at the wasn't working, and I urgently needed to connect. I got a super expensive order, and when I asked for the Wi-Fi, the waiter refused to give me the password, saying it was only for staff! This fine establishment was the best choice for Tirana airport! Not only did we purchase a burger, they also had icecream - both of which were really good! Dafina, Gresa, and Gleolisa were very nice and had the best smiles. They were very generous and I’m grateful me and my girlfriend went there! I had a quick bite at Buka Ime in the and was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and tasty — especially the pastries and sandwiches. Prices were reasonable for an spot, and the was friendly and fast. A great option if you’re looking for a quick and satisfying meal before your flight.
