Their "romkugler" ("rum balls - a truffle), which are normally made from the scraps leftover in the bakery, are phenomenal! Lovely place, with delicious Gluten-free cakes available besides the various "normal" pastries. Whenever I will be back to Viborg I will drop in! Forgot to take a picture of the chocolate cake what I had, but picture a French style tiny chocolate cake, with fluffy (not dry!) batter which melts in your mouth. As decoration there was a cute little meringue (again not dry!), a bit of fruit and a small decoration chocolate on top. Loved the whole atmosphere of the place and wish there would be such a place where I live! Delicious brunch and great for a Saturday morning. The space is charming and decorated with feminine details. The old furniture makes a cozy atmosphere. One of the coziest cafes that I’ve ever been.
