The food is pretty good, but they don't heat the savory pastries and they don't have mustard for the pig-in-a-blanket pastry. Also, there isn't alot of seating. The coffee is good and the staff is friendly, so I recommend you try it for yourself. Good place to grab a pastry if you ever find yourself hungry in Kuldiga, Latvia. Vecrigas were tasty, filled with cottage cheese cream. Mini ekleri were not fresh, we didn’t like them. There isn’t WC, can’t wash hands in this Cafe. Kafija garšīga, kūkas arī ! Good coffee and nice pastries. Service however was nonexistent. We practically had to beg for our coffee. Really sad. Lovely place! Great cakes and coffee The little "cheese bites" and other similar things we bought were great... BUT... 1. A major NONO to the shopkeeper who was coughing all the time. I was really considering to cancel on the produce we bought. 2. I bought a honey-cake there, for a foreign friend to taste. After all- that's one of must-tastes when coming to Latvia. We sadly ended up tasting a small spoon each and threw out the rest- it was one of the dryest cakes I've ever tasted, and they definitely held back on the honey. (And yes, a proper honey-cake is pleasantly moist, with many thin layers). So sadly, this place, for now at least, gets a low rating from me and I'd not suggest it. The place was nice, but several cakes we have tried looked almost expired Great confectionery that both tastes and look good! Seems popular which is fully understandable. Cozy little place with affordable prices and yummy cakes. Izcili, klasiskās garšas! Paņēmu tur kafiju ar meduskūku. Meduskūka izrādījās 3. "svaiguma". Ja būtu iespeja likt nuli tad es to darītu jo pārdevēja nu galīgi nav jauk, vietējām bērnam kas dod naudu bleķos pasaka "a ko man ar šo tagad darīt" un atsaka turpināt apkalpošanu bet tūristiem uzreiz cita personība ēdien gan labs bet visā nejaukā attieksme izbojā pat vēlmi ēst!!! Izcili nelaipna attieksme. Pārdevēja pasīvi agresīva. Īpaša neiecietība pret bērniem. Nesanāca neko pagaršot, aizgajam prom. Netālu esošā ‘Marmalede’ sagaidīja mūs ar draudzīgi laipnu attieksmi pret mums un mūsu bērniem un debešķīgu burkānkūku. Terribile. Personale scortese. Non ci sono i bagni (o non li lasciano usare).
