In every house there is a bathroom and a small like kitchen (a sink and a place to prepare food) All in all, would recommend to try to find a different place, if you do not want the hassle of dealing with very bad administration. The rooms itself were okey, what you would expect. The location is superb. But for me this does not really cover the fact that you have to be very careful with everything, as one could randomly lose their rezervation if making a booking directly or pay for services and get nothing in return. Another thing, while a kitchen is technicaly present, I doubt anyone likes cooking engulfed in layers of fat and dust while looking for ways to light the stoves. Best part is that the kitchen does not have warm water, so good luck getting the dust and fat of your hands when you are done. They canceled my booking reservation for their benefit even I stayed in house... Extra payment for dog. Bed linen. No towel included. Shower is leaking into room and not draining properly. All of us ordered housing through booking. Some of us had to pay a portion of the price in advance, others didn't even get an email regarding that. 4 of us (we were in a group of 11) got their reservation cancelled by the owner. Luckily one of the houses was a 6-bedder so we managed to fit 7 of us in there. Had to pay extra for the 7th person in a 6 bed apartment, even though we didn't get an extra bed in that house... The staff wasn't the brightest either. We didn't feel welcome there at all, especially when negotiating for some of us to start unpacking while I search for a place to withdraw some cash. Keep in mind that I've payed the reservation fee so there wouldn't be a reason for me to not pay them. On the bright side - the place was relatively clean, very close to the beach and all the restaurants. Note for future customers - if you can't find a better place to live, make sure to have cash as this place doesn't accept payments by card. Location - very close to the beach - awesome! Administracijoje dirbantis jaunas vaikinukas sake, jog pas mumis yra vienas miegamasis ir kitas pereinamasis miegamasis. Kodel per mano miegamaji turetu kazkas vaikscioti. Paklausus del valgomojo stalo ir sofos, pasake, kad sofa isnese o stala atnestu ir pastatytu tarp lovu. Kodel zmogui miegant prie jo turi valgyti kiti sveciai? Sitas namelis yra vieno miegamojo su svetaine kurioje yra dar dvi lovos. Viskas gerai, bet uzsakyta du miegamieji. Paklausinejau salimais zmoniu is tos pacios poilsiavietes. Taip pat pasake jog cia nameliai su vienu miegamuoju. Per kita pokalbi jaunasis vaikinukas teige, jog valgamosis stalas tarp kriaukles ir mikrobanges. Jis butu atneses baro kedziu. Viskas kaip ir tvarkoje, užsakymas patvirtintas, sumokėjome 60€ avansą. Visa viešnagės kaina 271€, taigi likusią sumą sumokėjome atvykę į apgyvendinimo įstaigą. Taigi, rugpjūčio 12 d.atvykstame ir tada prasidėjo. Užėjus į administraciją, mus pasitiko labai nemalonus vyrukas, Gerardas. Paprašė pateikti asmens dokumentą, bei užsakymo patvirtinimą Booking platformoje. Tai padarėme. Tada pasakė galutinę mokėtiną sumą, davėme ne lygiai, reikėjo grąžos. Tada pareikšta, kad "neturiu grąžos", tada jau paėmė piktumas, vos gaunasi ne taip, kad čia mūsų problema, kad neturime lygiai. Nu sukrapštėme šiaip ne taip, bet 5€ likome skoloje. Sakome, užnešime vėliau. Sako, gal galite dabar pervesti? Dar labiau supykau ir sutrikau. Atsiuntė kažkokio asmens sąskaitą, gerai, pervedžiau. Bet buvau labai pikta. Ne gana to, užsakinėjome namelį , o gavome apartamentus, tarybiniame name (kurių, net nėra booking platformoje), sakau, aš užsakinėjau namelį, sako ne, ne...jūs užsakėte apartamentus ir rodo, man ale mūsų užsakymą anglų kalba viskas parašyta. Dar labiau supykau. Dingo visa atostoginė nuotaika. Gerai, nuėjome į savo apartamentus: 1. Durys pagrindinės ant snarglių padarytos, užsirakina tik vieną kartą ir visos klibančios, stipriau pastūmus turbūt ir išgriūtų. 2. Labai nešvaru. Daug dulkių, voratinklių. 3. Vonios kambaryje dušo kabina vos gyva (baisu buvo, kad neišgriūtų durelės, jas varstant). 4. Jokios pakabintos informacijos (kaip paprastai būna apgyvendinimo įstaigoje). 5. Interneto ryšys tragiškas. 6. Nuo 23.00 -+ neveikia televizorius, rodo "nėra signalo" (ko gero atjungia nakčiai), nes iš ryto vėl rodo. Ne gana to tą pačią dieną, rugpjūčio 12d. vakarą, gavau pranešimą iš bookingo, kad mūsų užsakymas atšauktas, MUMS ESANT APGYVENDINIMO ĮSTAIGOJE ir išsiųstas patvirtinimas atšaukimo el.paštu. El.paštas nurodytas NE mano, o kažkieno. Čia jau paskutinis lašas, aukščiau visko. Aišku, nebėgome iš karto aiškintis ir bartis, nes juk atvykome su "gera nuotaika" ir ilsėtis. Taip ir prabuvome 4 naktis. Per tą laiką taip pat girdėjome daugybę skundų bei nepasitenkinimo iš kitų žmonių. Personalas labai NEMANDAGUS, NEMALONUS. Galima suprasti taip, kad mes turime jiems dėkoti, kad mus priėmė ir kad aplamai gavome kur apsistoti, nepaisant to, kad gavome ne tai, ką užsakinėjome. Daugiau čia tikrai negrįšime bei nerekomenduosime šios "kontoros" giminėms, draugams bei pažįstamiems!!! Took house with 3 rooms. 10 min walk to reach the beach, or nearesr convenience store.
