This is perhaps the nicest campsite we’ve ever been to or seen. Such a beautiful area. Stunning location. Lovely outdoor spaces with opportunities for many activities. High quality throughout and excellent service. Nice place to bring kids and family. Water skiing, pedal boats, canoes, and much more to do. We also went on a boat trip through the many water locks (nor: sluser) in the Telemark-kanalen. The boat stopped right at docks at this place. The food in the restaurant was not too great. A good tip is to walk over to the Norsjø Hotel, they have a fantastic BBQ buffet. Great service and location by the lake. We stayed in one of the new glamping domes, which are very well equipped and stylishly decorated. On sunny days they get really hot, so exit by 9 o'clock or get fried! ;) Lots of stuff to do for the kids! The pizza at the restaurant is really good. Our only problem was the lack of warm water for the showers, both in the morning and evening. Amazing place with lots of things to do. We stayed there two nights. There's playground for the kids, water ski, kayak a boat rental and short walking trails nearby. Highly recommended! One of the best sites for camping. Nice lake and scenic places. We rented a camping spot by the water to pitch our tent for 2 nights. The toilets/shower/kitchen facilities are good. Kids loved the playground. They also serve good/ drinks by the heated bar/ restaurant until 6. Lovely campground and perfect getaway in Telemark.
