I looked for a remote location and found this one. It's ideally located far enough from the main road and not too far to reach. The room was faced with a pool and had a balcony. There are a lot of parking places. Lights are on at dark times in public areas. What a gem! We found this place on the way from Skopje to Sofia, stopped there for lunch. They served us a traditional salad and mixed plate. Great beer and wine. The service was not polite nor professional. We were told to sit wherever we want, but were declined to take a table cause we were four and the whole place was 1/3rd full. When our appetizers arrived, it started to rain. We asked the staff politely if they could move the food inside, for which they gave us an attitude that another employee should do it. We moved the food our selves while getting soaked from the rain and our appetizers turned bad. When we asked to talk to the manager, the waiters avoided us. I strongly suggest you not to choose this place even if you are starving. You will be nothing but disappointed. Good service and food as well. Recommend! 5 stars. It started raining while we were seated outside, and when we asked if we could be moved somewhere dry, the staff—and even the manager—responded rudely, saying, "Well, I don’t know where. See if there’s place over there." We had to seat ourselves. Staff completely ignored us at first, and when we repeatedly asked for someone to move our food inside, one of them even snapped, "Well, what should I do?" Instead of offering basic hospitality, they acted like we were a burden. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values respect and basic courtesy. Absolutely terrible service. It started raining while we were dining outside, and not a single staff member offered to help us move our food or even acknowledged the situation. We were left to carry everything ourselves in the pouring rain. When we asked for help, the staff acted like we were bothering them, every single one of them snarkily said, “Штo да ти правам” and just walked off. We were left with soggy wet dirty food. No apology, no effort, no basic decency. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. Would definetly not recommend.
