Convenient with nice, clean facilities. During our stay (May) the bathrooms and showers were open 24 hours. Good campervan stop close to Parma. There is a bus and a cycle lane. The are tired but are kept in excellent order. The man who runs it is charming, speaks 3 languages at least and advises on where to go what to see, where to park you bike securely and any other questions you might want to throw at him. As well as standard motorhomes he keeps some space for large 8m+ vans. Very good to find and great for visiting Parma on the local bus - manager was very helpful with this. Lots of space and all hard standing with electricity - some better than others to hook up to! Showers, washing area, toilets etc all clean and ok but in need of an update, VERY hot water. Lidl next door and a cheap fuel station over the road. Bit of road noise but ok after midnight until 6.00 am or so. No complaints from us and highly recommend!! A lot of places Lidl nearby Washing needs to be repleaced immediately Perfect to visit Parma. Short distance to bus stop with direct connection to the city center. It has showers ( a little old, but clean) with plenty of hot water, toilets a room with air conditioning in which you can sit at a table. Easy to enter and easy to get out off, using a ticket system. There is a staff member which welcomes you and it is giving information about the place and how to get to city center. Some shade available. Security cameras present on so it is a secure location. It is closed to the road, but there is not much traffic during the night hours. There is some traffic noise in the night but it is bearable. They do a good job keeping this place clean. Excellent parking spot to visit Parma by foot, bike or bus. Showers, toilets, and waste disposal on-site. The managers are very helpful and do a good job with the means available. Do note, this is a popular parking among motorhome owners to visit Parma but also for those on their way to the Greek ferries. In high & shoulder season the fills up quickly. Expect the to be full late in the afternoon or evening. Have a plan B ready! For those considering a harsh review because of different expectations; Think again before posting: Managing a popular urban parking space like this is expensive. It may not be your camper parking heaven. Nonetheless, it's stil a great spot to visit Parma with essential in place. Great stopover. Everything worked very well. Lidl supermarket next door was very handy too. Some road noise from main road running past the site, but it was much quieter overnight. Great to the west of lovely Palma, just outside the ZTL. Sites okay; certainly large enough, though not placing the electricity stations in the middle of each row (they are at one end) was clearly a brainfart by someone. Also, unless there's some law requiring it (which I doubt), please make the TWO showers unisex; it's ridiculous otherwise and just either exacerbates the queues or gets ignored. Nice shower, by the way: bit jaded in appearance but the spray is excellent and certainly hot enough. I found the attendant rather helpful. Great camper stop to use as base to visit Parma. The manager speaks a lot of languages and is very helpful. Please note: during the week the toilets and showers close at 7 pm and open again at 8 am. At Sunday it closes at 1 pm. The manager needs his time off as well and this is to avoid people, who haven't parked on the camper parking, using the facilities. Please understand this and don't leave negative reviews because of this. Be grateful there are these in the first place, as this is not a camping. Very kind and helpful man service! The is great for visiting Parma by bike or on foot. Unfortunately only 2 showers and 3 toilets, but clean. Opening and closing hrs could be the problem. And only 1 sink with cold water. I could recommend this area sosta.
