Nice, small with good service It's rather a located next to the lake Balaton. It's the smaller in this city, the other, bigger one is a couple of miles from this one. There are some facilities where you can buy food, drinks, and equipment; however the facility itself did not have any recent renovation or addition. It's still a nice place to chill out though. WONDERFUL CLEAN FACILITIES WITH A NICE VARIETY OF RESTAURANTS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Lots of people, very crowded. There is moderate amount of shadow. Entry is extremely slow, processing speed is around one person per two minutes. Buffet is good. +Quite place, less crowded during high season, easy to find a shadow place, small but nice playground for children, very good fish dishes -Old toilets, only one volleyball court, high entrance price for almost no service Beautiful place, nice and kind people. Reasonable prices. Lovely warm, shallow water. Amazing day out. Lovely local food and beers. Since the place is maintained by the town, it has the same prices as the main (Wesselényi strand) in Balatonalmádi - but it's a lot cosier, with plenty of shade and a nice lawn. There are several snack stalls including the renowned Jóbarátok, which serves on the side as well as on the street side. The toilets are clean and there's also an open-air shower. Drinking water is available for free. Our favourite beach/lido in Almádi now that the adjacent Hotel Nereus has gone downhill. There's a reduced price for entry after 5 PM, and you can come in for free after 7 PM. Ok, i was kind of dissapointed with this place this year. The water has so many sharp rocks and rubble, and it can cause injuries. The restaurants cant serve food after 7PM, and there are a lot of people. If you go there during the day, its not that bad (except for the rocks in the water) but going to nereus is better in my opinion. Nice place to spend some quiet time.
