Odlično mjesto A+ Super Prošle smo pored šanka i konobarica nas je vidjela,no svejedno smo čekale više od 20 minuta,nakon što smo otišle naručiti na šank još smo 10-ak minuta čekale. Konobarica je ljubazna. Razumijem gužvu ali mislim da nije u redu toliko čekati. Ako već jedan ne stigne trebali biste još jednog konobara stavit u smjenu bar da uskoči dok je najveća gužva. Sigurno ne tražite konobare kroz cijelu godinu bez razloga,a također vjerojatno postoji razlog zbog kojeg ne možete zadržati radnika,pa me ni ne čudi previše kaj vam je sve zbrda zdola u kafiću. Kaj se tiče wc papira ste se popravili,ali nebi bilo loše ni sapuna koji put na godinu stavit u wc. Samu sebe budem idući put ošamarila ako dojdem na ideju da kavu popijem u Starsu. Went to this place on a weekend night because some local friends here recommended it, It was absolutely hideous, first we had to talk to the waiter for a while just to be able to pay with card. The blonde waitress was the worst I've seen in a while, absolutely zero courtesy and behavior. The best part was the waitress who is from Nepal and she treated us nicely for the short time we were there, if you go there, get served by her, because the local Croatian people that work there don't know how to do their job and behave hideously towards the clients of the bar. And the owner was the worst, some guy thinking he can talk to anyone the way he wants. Absolutely the worst experience in this part of Croatia. Cekam osoblje 20min ,i onda jos 20min i vise kavu ,manite se tih nepalki I have been visiting stars in Koprivnica for 2 years, it's a common place for me and my husband to go for and relax! It's our favourite shop because the cafe is a quiet, relaxing spot and the prices for are affordable and the is always amazing quality! The staff are always efficient with taking orders and I personally have never had any problems. And as a british woman still getting to grips with the croatian language often the Nepalese workers will notice this and speak English to me which makes my experience that little bit more comfortable. My only problems as of recent are staff aren't trained anymore to use the card machine which can be a pain for those who are reliable on a card whereas before they used to. Also the standards of woman's bathroom are quiet low, in the past 2 years there has not been toilet paper and the door does not lock because there is no key. Other than that my rating would be a 10! Thank you stars staff! Katastrofa Just your usual place prices are a bit higher because it's in the center of Koprivnica i most of the time service is good but few times the waiter didn't notice me at all so it's 3 stars for now.
