The square in which it is situated was set up for the yearly festival but is quite beautiful. It costs €8 to view the interior which we don’t have time to do but looks in photos. The modern chapel for Covadonga was striking against the gold of other areas. Not too crowded so ankle to appreciate it. A bit on the expensive side, I visited cathedrals more complex and bigger cheaper or for free. If you wanna go to the tower it becomes even more expensive. The has nice details of craftmanship; one does not need to be a person to admire it. Given the proximity to other buildings you have to walk a bit around to see it from diferent angles however the city it's so it's on the positive side. Cave art, such as in cavernous tito busilla cavern, didn't seem especially social in contrast to the main section of the cathedral.
