Go for it and push your limits. Se querem uma dor de cabeça, nao devolucao do dinheiro, cancelamentos sucessivos...encontraram a empresa perfeita. Estou a 1 ano a tentar realizar um voo, 4 cancelamentos, trocas de e-mail reaver o dinheiro, o ultimo agendamento foi eles que reagendaram pois mandavam agendar na agenda e ja nao havia vagas ate final do ano...quando por surpresa uma vez vejo o voo cancelado, dizem eles por restricoes do aeroporto do porto....ora...se nao e disto é daquilo, se nao e daquilo é disto...e dizem sempre que sao situacoes alheias a skydive...pois o cliente nao tem culpa...por isso devolvam o as pessoas. Ou arranjem maneira de contactar as pessoas com voos ha tempo marcados lhes dar prioridade. O engracado e que cancelam os voos ao final do dia, nem dar hipótese do cliente ligar la a reclamar...pois ja encerraram. Um verdadeira vergonha. Dinheirinho do lado deles e o resto que se lixe. VERGONHA, NAO RECOMENDO DE TODO,peguem no e vao jantar a um bom restaurante. I do not recommend this place for skydivers. Poor service, a big delay to respond and does not provide reliable informations. Maybe it's a place just for tandem jumps. I'm a skydiver, I've been trying to make a jump in Portugal for 2 months with NO success for now, but this was the place where I had the worst service in my life. If you are a skydiver and are looking for a place to jump, know that I wasted time and money to go there and didn't get a single jump. I gave it one star for being the minimum rating, but it could be no star, it would be fairer. This place was absolutely disappointing to me. PS: We did not talked about dates. After this review, a receive a wpp message trying to intimidate or offend, I really don't know what were the objective, but whatever. Amazing experience, incredible staff! Comprei um salto em 2022 oferecer que por motivos de saúde nunca foi utilizado.. tentei entrar em contacto poder usá-lo eu, que inclusive compraria o pack também de fotos e vídeo compensar e outro salto a pessoa em questão e responderam me que como passou do prazo de 1 ano, o voucher (uma imagem em pdf) já não funcionava… é de lamentar a falta de ajuda e tentativa de agradar o cliente. Entendo que exista a validade ser cumprida gerirem melhor o serviço mas tendo em conta que o cliente já gastou lá e queria inclusive gastar compensar, a falta de interesse em ajudar é uma desilusão completa e nunca comprarei nesta empresa salto nenhum. Irei optar por dar à concorrência que com certeza irá solucionar melhor estas questões. Além disso.. pelo que se lê aqui nos comentários, há pessoas em espera fazer o seu salto há de 3 anos. We contacted the company they did not want to refund us since we can’t go back to reschedule. Big ZERO for their service and respect. Best ever, totally recommend! Comprei os vouchers a 07-12-2021 e estamos a 28-02-2025 e ainda não consegui realizar os saltos , pois desde então foram 4 cancelamentos e os motivos basicamente são do mesmo , manutenção, mau tempo , bom tempo, turismo , o aumento dos preços do combustível , enfim desculpas todos os gostos . Fiquei extremamente desapontado por não conseguir usufruir da experiência e, diante de tudo isto, meu feedback é negativo. Infelizmente, não recomendo."
