Very energetic, passionate about what she is doing and it’s visible that she loves babies. Our daughter is always happy to come to the pool. The are in German, but if the teacher sees we don’t understand instructions, they switch to English. Highly recommended. We loved this course for our baby, its very gentle and its great to see her progress each week. She overcame her fear of water and now she loves and even bath times are a lot of fun. My son has always loved the water and it did not take us long to find him a nice course with H2O Erleben! Close to our house, day and time that fit our schedule and competent and kind teachers. We definitely it! Please insist for a trial lesson before you sign your child for a course and pay the full amount! My child who is a beginner had to start in a group of 6 little with 1 teacher in a deep pool (120 cm the shallow end) and no parents allowed. They didn’t agree to return the money I paid for the entire course even though we stopped after the 1st lesson. Totally inflexible! I didn't actually managed to do a course with them, though I registered 3 times but they kept rejecting my application due to their age restriction. Their have a description of the capabilities the kid should have and what it will learn during the course and an age recommendation (e.g. from 2.5 years). First time I registered I chose a course for smaller from 1.5 years (my daughter was 2) because she's never been to a course before so I thought she should start with the basics. A few days later I got a phone call that they cannot accept the registration because my daughter is too old. By the time I got the news, most of the other were booked so I thought that if her skills are not so important, than I'll try in a slightly bigger group for from 2 years and 3 months. But again got rejected, because that was a MAXI course and you can only take a MAXI course if you have been to a MIDI course. I ended up on their waiting list so after a week or so, they called me about a course that was supposed to be the perfect match (for from 1.7 months). I registered yet again, but I guess the course was cancelled or something. I didn't get an exact reason and after 3 failed attempts I don't want to hear about First Flow anymore. Best swim school there is. My daughter, now 4, has done the first course all the way through to the last on the "First Flow" schedule. Our teacher was amazing, even through the pandemic, they tried really hard to shift everyone around to please the clients. Now we have Started "Let's Swim" and it's just such a joy. Everything goes so smooth and well. I can highly recommend. super inflexible especially for kid sickness even when you provide a medical certificate. Not family and customer service friendly at all. Also the facilities are not at all adapted for babies with staircase, no elevator, stroller to be left outside unattended and very cold changing room. Not adapted at all for newborn and at the end very expensive. I would not Watch out! This is in the contract under point 10: “Liegt der Grund für den Kursausfall bei der H20 Wasser erleben AG, wird der Kurs falls möglich am Ende der Kursperiode als Lektion nachgeholt oder falls die Nachholung nicht möglich ist, in Form eines Gutscheins erstattet (keine Barauszahlung).” I asked and legally it is okay as it is written in the contract BUT the expiration should be 5 years instead of 2. They tend the originally given 2 years do extend if you ask for it… Because this system gave me many occasions hourly long troubles I give one star. The minimum they could do is to highlight the open vouchers in the profile on the website and automatically offer to use it at a booking. It is hard to find the code in the emails so to remember the Gutscheins I have or even how many are still open. I say it after 6 vouchers, each of them given after different when they couldn’t deliver the 8 lessons. I’m writing here so finally the CEO can recognise the problem. For those who suffer a hint in gmail : use exactly this text for search as it is a good way to find at least the emails with the codes “Gutschein-Code: H2O” I would like to highlight that it took minimum 6 hours and gave many headaches this system. Till the change of it I will not change my rating despite the fact - and I would like to add it - that if you are lucky you can find very good teachers with them. Not always, but luckily bigger chance. From baby point of view I would them. Just this stupid voucher thingy kills me.. 😱 (I am an IT professional so I have many ideas how they could make this work not only ruin our nerves.. 🤣 There is definitely place for evolution here. 🙏) Super experience for parents and kids.
