I went here on a Friday afternoon for a massage and to use the baths. It was pretty crowded but not as crowded as when I left in the evening. Highly recommend bringing your own & robe otherwise it's 8CHF for a & 15CHF for a robe. I would have thought it would have been included, but it's not. Locker rooms & showers are co-ed. Very nice facility and baths were nice, but I thought they could have been a bit warmer. I enjoyed the dry & wet steam rooms. I got a sandwich & smoothie and it was alright. My massage was ok, nothing extraordinary. I did like how the upstairs spa room had a relaxation room, that was nice. The views were spectacular, which i think made the entire experience. Excellent views, however customer service sucked, the cafeteria lady was very unfriendly and didn't want to speak one word in English. I believe in 2024 in a touristy town you must have English speaking staff, especially in a country where they speak 3 main languages. The locker area is very crowded and tight. The pools are very crowded as well. You need to pay extra for a 12 Francs. Also you need to somehow have a way to pay if you want to eat while you are all wet because their bracelets are not able to charge you for food. Overall I wouldn't go back. Wonderful spa in a gorgeous setting around the village.of Gruyères. Several warm pools, one adult only and different dry and wet baths and saunas. I was there on a weekend during holidays so the place was crowded. Yet they had many people around the lockers areas to keep things clean. The baths were also well kept and there are many jets, fountains, bubble beds etc to enjoy. Massages are also available, do make a reservation, along with local skin and spa products and bathing suits. Besides the very long waiting time (about 1h40 to get to the front desk) and the too expensive price of entry (for heated water and compared to real thermal baths) we still managed to have a good time with our friends. The changing rooms are not made to accommodate the many guests of a Saturday afternoon, and that doesn't help in getting into a relaxing climate. But on the other end, the installations are quite modern, and the saunas are nice. Very modern building in the middle of the mountains ! Really stunning ! The road from the speedway was gloomy, but the view on the top was absolutely unique - had the chance to see a frozen lake from the driveway ! Baths are available indoor and outdoor, the water is consistently warm and welcoming each swimmer to jump in all pools ! Full of massages spots, water jets and loads of bubbles at all points. For gourmandizers there is a mini-restaurant on site, prices are fair. Staff was a little cold and not welcoming - chef was kind enough to serve us the food since it was ready. Very kind person ! So far so good ! Recommended ! A very strange place. Make sure to bring your own because, for some reason, you cannot rent one from the reception. Apparently, people steal them, which is why they no longer offer rentals. The inside is very unorganized, with people and children jumping around everywhere. The showers are somehow mixed, but they’re limited, and there’s usually a line for them. I wouldn’t consider it a spa—it’s more like a public swimming pool. That perspective will set your expectations more realistically. Great thermal area, babies and kids are welcome as well Nice but so small. Somehow I expected more than just three pools, one of which is 16+ only. Three hour tickets is more than enough. I’ve been to many but only here I faced no bath service, only purchase by the entrance. Poor restaurant choice french speaking only stuff but still very friendly and helpfull Panorama view is spectacular Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
