The park did feel a little cold and out of touch but when it's free, there's little to object. It is very close to the Tennisclub Hoogerheide. At the edge of maybe Netherlands oldest villa park. Very nice area to stroll around. Connected (more or less) to "Het Heksenweitje" large area of grass, ideal for dogs. Next to het Mediapark. Nice for kids with small playground as well. Closest trainstation is Hilversum Mediapark at a 10 minute walk or so. Incredible place. Here you can feel the absolute unity with nature and get great pleasure from it. This is my go to spot with my young kids. The animals are nice, especially when the baby goats are there in spring. For the kids there are mini tractors and they can walk with and pet the animals for a large part of the place. The place employs people with mental disabilities which is a nice social plus. The playground is completely renovated and a joy. Bring your own food, there is no restaurant This is a really great farm! Lots of animals, a children's playground, and picnic tables. It’s a beautiful place where my boyfriend usually brings our child, I decided to go this time because I wasn’t feeling well and I could use some serene environment untill I experienced racism and discrimination at it’s peak! .This man took a photo of me and my child and yes I reported it to the police . Because of my skin color ,the whole family began giggling as soon as we entered and started acting as if i came on a heist! As if they go around with diamond and pearls , u looked broke asf!! . They told me the bench “ meant for everyone is their property and me as black girl can’t sit on it meanwhile I was sitting on the floor with my baby . My flag were gasted when they told me that ! Really! The world has changed ,why hate someone or discriminate just for the skin colour! I mean make it make sense ! I curse this family!!!!! I curse them!!!!
