I only had lunch there, in the summer end. Nothing fancy, the food is mainly basic. I did not feel very well after that lunch, so a grill would probably have been a better choice. One soup, 3 main dishes and 1 desert is about 250RON - 50€. It is an affordable stay in the area of Paltinis but we expected to be as it is in the photos. The room we got was quite small and it needed to be refreshed. Inside it smelled of smoking. The bathroom was not very clean and there was also a ripped towel - not professional at all. The - the man at the reception and serving us was very polite and kind. They offered us a baby crib so they is very kind of them. The area is very nice and they have things for children outside- although they were dusty. The breakfast is a buffet type and varied and tasty. The food you order at the restaurant is pricey and very salty. They didn’t have everything in the menu but you were told only after you decided… We only used the restaurant services. The food was tasty for most of the times! The prices quite high for some products but I guess the location it's the reason for it. We only give 4 stars for one interaction with one of the waiters, a bold guy, who was drunk one night while the restaurant was closed. His behavior was inappropriate without any reason and even tho we werent customers at that point, we were expecting respect outside of the working hours as a minimum human base. :) We only went to the restaurant, but it was great. YOU CAN EAT HERE even if you are just passing by, no need to be a client booking rooms. First, the location is good, then the vibe was nice, and the was very professional. They have a fair variety of dishes and drinks and the portions are quite large. I have to admire the cleanliness of the W.C., especially since we visited during winter when people roam around with snow and dirt on their shoes. This just shows that the is professional and doing their job well. The prices are slightly above the average, but this is justified by the location. Excellent service and great food. Culiță was our waiter and he is 10/10, solves any problem and is a true service professional. The rooms are too hot for us, needs cooling. Will definitely come back. I recommend Pensiunea Victoria! In the first, you can see the effort with which the tries to satisfy the customers. The rooms are clean, the lady checks and collects the trash daily and asks for a change of towels. The food is very tasty, beyond expectations. The location is near the Arena. The is very prompt and well prepared, considering that it is 3 stars. We took the Christmas package and were satisfied. We will definitely be back soon. Great and helpful staff, excellent location, one can walk with the ski boots on from their ski room to the slope, the rooms are nice, cozy and clean and the food is always very tasty and filling! Best food experience I’ve had in Romania. We ordered a traditional Romanian feast and it exceeded all of our expectations.
