Very nice environment, best lookout view in Finland, especially when there are some clouds in the sky. Very easy hiking, maybe 5 minutes to hike and then Voila you are in the position to enjoy the scenery landscape. It also has a tower which i think in summer is open for the visitors and also is free. Also a good cafe besides the view point which has good coffees and cakes. Awesome 6.5km road around the lake with several picnic and swimming places. Ihanan rauhallinen paikka.... It's a beautiful natural place. There's a lake besides of the sauna beach. They're play ground for the kids. I like this place. Amazing nature and historical place to visit. Nice area with some really beatiful views, the only problem is that it's not really a nature preserve park: It's an area with scattered sights connected by common roads. It's not very comfortable to walk where cars drive. Beautiful hike, well marked. Beautiful nature reserve in Hämeenlinna! Suitable for hikes even during winter. The observation tower is a must visit for a good view. Wonderful nature and cultural heritage + history. I would have liked the paths to be a bit more clearly marked, got a bit lost now and then. Amazing place for any lake activities , hiking, sauna,bbq. The place is very clean and welcoming. You have easy car access to the main attractions ( some require very little walking to reach), with parking spots scattered nearby.
