My grandparents got in the line a bit too late and didn't make it to the tour (I think the limit was either 20 or 30 people in 2021). Luckily the tour guide allowed my mum, my brother and I to swap spots with them. The was beautiful from what we could see, and my grandparents loved the tour. And we loved the gift shop! The understanding tour guide helped us have a special last day trip together.
