A lovely town with nice restaurants and coffee houses. Culture centre is ideal for functions. Was a really tremendous venue and great staff. We were so delighted to be by the sea. Went for a movie at the theater, nice experience. They didn't sell any food or drinks though so bring your own. Recently modernised soviet-style Cultular Center with large stage, cinema, exhibition hall and a nice cafe in the center. Culture place in Haapsalu. Guest theater productions touring here, good to keep the eye on the program. Visited the center turing HÖFF and it was really well planned out event, that made best use of the available spaces. The place has 3 different sizes halls for movies or theatre. Also there is a bar, library and inside a open garden space for chilling. Overall a cool building with nice spaces. Great for local citizens. Has quite some festivities, especially during summertime tourist season. Can expect most of Haapsalu's events to be held at. Warm and cozy. Great visit! Wonderful facility. Great service at the library, and a pleasant children's corner. However I was shocked to find out they had no baby change facilities.. The cinema was spacious, tickets fairly priced and nothing to complain about. Will be visiting again!
