Nice with o green areas. Secluded. Grate place for an afternoon walk. There is a small where you can take a bath (if you don't mind the cold Norwegian waters). Great for families too! Just awasome , definitly need to see , regards Perfect place for chiiliing, BBQ, Grill party's, bathing, sunbathing, playing. Definitely recommend. Emblemssanden (park's name, according to the highway sign) is a pleasant countryside with beautiful views of the mountains across the inlet. A great place to take a break or have a picnic after (or before) the Sykkylven-Magerholm ferry. Small but spread out with several picnic tables, a meandering gravel walking path near the water (no vehicle entry beyond car park), a few very short woodland walks, and an area for volleyball (or similar sports on sandy ground). A couple of small sandy beaches. Free toilets located on a small rise before the car park. Fv60 (Magerholmvegen road) has signage just before the turn on to Emblemsvågen/Emblemssanden (actually begins briefly as Leitet, then Emblemsvågen, then left turn on to Emblemsanden). A beautiful with incredible views, but so dirty - trash cans are overflowing and toilets are leaking. Mostly locals using the beach. The maximum stay at the car is 4 hours. The free nearby camper parking is very clean and quiet to stay overnight or long term. Nice to hang out. There's bathrooms located close and a great view of mountains. We took a local bus here from Ålesund and enjoyed some time at the beautiful and a short hike up the mountain. A nice day trip! A great sand nearby Alesund. Crystal clear water with Fjords view and plenty of space to play, swim and picnic. Less tidal waves and safe beach. There is a place to hike to nearby mountains and forest trail as well. is equipped with changing rooms and toilets. Less crowded and easily accessible by public transport Fram bus No 2 from Alesund. Great place to relax for a day. Bit in remote location where no shops for food or anything so all you need to carry on your own. My visit to Emblemsanden was a true coastal paradise that left me in awe of its natural beauty. The pristine white sandy stretching along the Norwegian coastline was a sight to behold, with crystal-clear turquoise waters lapping gently against the shore. The peaceful ambiance and stunning surroundings provided the perfect setting for relaxation and contemplation. Walking along the beach, the fresh sea breeze invigorated my senses, while the breathtaking views of the rugged cliffs and distant islands created a sense of serenity. Emblemsanden's untouched beauty and tranquility make it a hidden gem, offering a respite from the busyness of everyday life and a chance to connect with nature in its purest form.
