I did a morning climb/ walk to La Racca every single day, walk around it, touch it, and take photos of it. It's been there since 1420. The stories these walls could tell. It's the most beautiful thing to see as you walk up to the top. Very special place not a lot of people in the world would even know about. So go Touch it. It feels good. Well all the way from India i had a 2 hours walk here found closed and no one was here i heard this place is really horror but city view is magnificent 🧿 better to come in day time in morning you probably like it and enjoy the walk here. Be safe be prepared Very interesting to see such an old building, and absorb its history whilst standing next to it and looking out onto the astonishing vantage points that it offers, really makes one wonder how they found the motivation to build such a thing in such a location all those eons ago with no modern tooling. The approach is a really steep Hill which took at least 10 minutes to ascend, maybe a bit more, without stopping. Be prepared! During October the opening time is actually 4pm not 3 as per Google advice so we didn’t get to see inside, but enjoyed the visit nonetheless. A nice, calm place to visit. The hike is a small workout and there's not too much to do there though. It's a shame the view of the city and surrounding areas was heavily obscured by the plants, but it's understandable that it'd be hard to cut them in such a place. Was closed. But beautiful place. And goog view point It's a really nice place for people.. Not recommended for children coz it's very high and difficult to climb. A cute remains of a fortification. An attractive short climb for a little exercise. Always important to spend some time at these to understand a little history and get grounded. Good views.
