Te dan unas nociones básicas al principio y hacen un acompañamiento muy cercano en momento a los grupos reducidos que manejan. Poseen muy buenos equipos que se adaptan a personas de todas las edades y tamaños. I can imagine it being a great place usually, but unfortunately we felt like last minute extra's who got added to an existing group that didn't really have space for 2 more. It was chaotic and unclear from prep to dive. We didn't get an outline/itinerary on how things would go that day. Our diving guide didn't speak English and he seemed somewhat impatient and uncertain on what to show during the dives. Also felt like we were too many for the guide (4 less experienced divers and poor visibility underwater). It didn't help that my wetsuit was too thin for the water temperature (which was lower than mentioned before going in). Second dive actually had some things to look at, but again guide felt chaotic and uncertain on what exactly to show and point out. At least my buddies were calm, with us keeping an eye on each other. Props to the guy doing an internship there at the moment. He seemed the only one to take some interest in making sure we were taken care of. He'll be a great dive instructor in the future. La de bautismo de buceo fue muy buena! Es una actividad que a priori me daba miedo pero ellos te hacen sentir muy segura. Te explican cómo funciona el equipo de forma detallada y el proceso de introducirse en el agua lo hacen con calma. Durante la inmersión están muy pendientes de ti. Vimos caballitos de mar, pulpos, congrios… Te hacen fotos y luego te las envían. Planteándome hacer el curso con ellos 👌 Hice el bautismo y luego me apunté al curso, muy bien, una muy chula y muy bonita y menos complicada de lo que esperaba. Hubo un día que me puse nerviosa por bajar desde el barco pero me tranquilizaron y animaron a hacerlo y gracias a eso acabé quitándole el miedo y me lo pasé muy bien. Muy recomendado. We went snorkeling as a large group with children and adults, we all had the absolute best time. The team were so kind and caring and had so much patience with wanting to support the kiddies that were a bit scared with it being their first time. We had such a great time even the ones that didn't go snorkeling got a lot of information about where we were and what's around the area was a lovely boat ride out, even spent time showing us pictures and videos that have been taken on previous dives around the areas that we were in. We've also received pictures and videos that they took while we were out. The guys were so friendly, helpful and hard working with everything. Highly recommended this team for a great experience. Very good experience, the teacher was very patient and calm despite me being nervous and needing to take breaks out of the water due to nerves. Once you are diving the views are very nice and it gets easier. I would recommend it to any first time diver.
