I only rate it 3 stars because there were too many very excited older that didn't pay attention to the younger ones. It was really dangerous. My 5 year old daughter was very excited to go there but she had a bad time. She was scared of the other older kids. They literally pushed her and were unfriendly. The staff should pay more attention to this. There are present but don't look really concerned by safety. We went to a similar place in Canada and it was much better. The staff made sure the rules were followed by everyone and that all could enjoy themselves safely. Here at Kojump, the experience was disappointing. It's sad because the place is really great. Top service. Reasonable prices. are happy. What else would a parent ask for? Two stars for the staff, very friendly and willing to help, and take good care of the kids, the place is good for to have fun and parents to have a coffee or even check mails. Why two stars? Birthday party is a complete caos, you are supposed to pay for a "private table" for two hours, not true! You have the table for the time spent eating cake, then your are aksked to go upstairs, the table needs to be clean and prepare for next party... I don't recommend the place to host a birthday party. Nice modern trampolin indoor playground. Still we are disappointed as we reserved a time slot but the place was so crowded that we basically paid for our children to sit around and wait instead of jumping. The time slot policy should really be revieuwed. My son told me that it is nicer than KOJUMP IXELLES. Great activity with the and so funny to do! I bet you your they will sleep like a baby after this😅 Only remark it's that it isn't so big inside after 20min you did every jump you can do..bummer Whaooo, amazing place to be !
