One of the best places I happened to rent a at. It was spotless, smelled fresh, the receptionists Chara and Eleni were both extraordinary in helping both with places to visit in Volos and in Pelion plus with everything we needed in the hotel. I strongly it with a AAA+++ score and if I visit the area again I will surely book there without hesitation!!! Spacy rooms, neatly decorated and very clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. The surrounding area is not particularly nice, but it's quiet and at the heart of the city , in walking distance from pretty much everything. There are some parking places on the but you can also find easily to park somewhere close. We definitely enjoyed our stay and the only negative I can think is the not so comfortable and noisy second bed (actually a couch converting to bed) in contrast to the main bed which is excellent. I couldn't praise this place highly enough. The whole building is and tidy. The are very tastefully decorated, spacious, spotlessly clean. Complimentary water bottles/soft drinks/coffee/tea etc. The beds are very comfortable, the lighting is very well designed, and the staff is very polite and helpful. Also, free parking which is a huge deal in the area, as the is located at a walking distance to the sea promenade and all the major streets. If I had to mention one thing that could be improved on is that there is only one chair on the balcony in a double room, but it truly a very minor and insignificant complaint given that there is a second chair in the room. Definitely my go-to place in Volos from now on. 10/10 would highly recommend, a value-for-money top quality experience. This place is definitely worth a re-visit. From the moment we step into it we experienced top quality service with a very friendly employee greeting us and showing us to our room. She was extremely with everything we needed. The was simply perfect, very spacious, with wonderful lighting and packed with all the essentials and then some. The welcoming snacks and drinks, free-of-charge, was also a touch. The beauty of this place, along with the breakfast options, delivered to you in under 5 minutes, after you order, the cleanliness and the general feel of this place, made you think that you were paying way more than the actual price. The was also situated ideally, by not having to deal with the noise of a busy city center while at the same remaining within walking distance of all of the city's most popular locations. Overall, one of the best hotels experience I've ever had in Greece. Would highly to everyone visiting the city. A very place to stay! The are spacious and clean. The place in new and located near the port which was very convenient for us travelling to the islands the next day. I will definitely book again if I visit Volos. It's not the typical in the sense that they don't have a 24/7 reception. But if you ever need anything you can call them any time. They do have someone though all day up until 10pm. At the of my visit, they had one of the most polite and reception service I've ever experienced. Not only were they polite, but they guided us and pointed us to various food places and areas in Volos. The was great for 2 adults and a kid. Very clean. The TV was working and was offering the local channels. Very modern, with hidden lights. The air condition is central but works great. The water pressure was excellent and it had hot water all the time. Cleaning was happening every single day, and they replaced towels. You don't have to bring your own towels or shower gel / shampoo. Coffee is included, and the mini bar has water. The offers breakfast only as a package if you order it by 9pm the previous day. It has a choice of 3 different combinations. It's if you don't have to go out and eat. But you may also want to check what Volos has to offer, as it has many great places. It also has space to leave your car parked right by the hotel. And even if you can't find a spot, the surrounding streets are quiet and offer plenty of parking spots. The location is really good. It's not in the center or by the sea front. And that makes is very quiet. But at the same it's only a 5-10 minute walk away from the center of Volos. It even has a big open space 2 minutes away by a church if you have kids and they want to play or run. To be honest, I can't think of anything bad to say. We stayed one night before hitting the ferry to the Islands from Volos and we stayed as a family with two small children. Everything was new, and tidy. Overall a great experience and I would really to stay here if you pass by Volos. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We stayed here for two nights in Volos. It’s close to the city center, about a 10-minute walk. The reception staff were very attentive — they gave us recommendations on a map before we even asked. The is very new and spotless.
