The tour operator was really nice and the were calm and friendly. We had a young boy with us who was a little intimidated by the tour and he was handled very well. The tour itself, 1 hour, was a little disappointing as most of it was on the road and the rest was not as scenic as expected from this area. We had 1h30 of horseback riding, on a very docile and nice horses, and our guide, Mme Apostolia was super nice and very helpful in explaining various sites of interest on our way. We had an early evening ride, and with a silvery moonlight shadow over the forest was really magic! A special and unique way to discover this part of Pelion mountain, I strongly recommend! It's also totally safe for children. A must do, if you are staying in Milia or Vysitza villages. We discovered beautiful nature and history that we did not imagine. We had the impression to be in a dream. We are not used to riding so it's easy for everyone and we have seen also before us children. The are very calm and seem happy. You can feel that the owner loves them and treats them well. A must do! It was truly the best experience we had in Pelion area. are well taken care of, not tired at all and visibly loved. One of the best experiences of my life! Giannis was the best teacher--he was always in control of the situation and the followed his every lead. Ms Apostolia is a pleasure to communicate too! The animals are well-trained and easy to ride, each one has their own distinct personality too! Milies village is also an amazing picturesque traditional places and I was mesmerized by the path we followed. I learnt so much during my first horse-riding experience and I truly hope that I get to meet the team again! Today we went for a two hours Tour with Apostolia. It was a perfect experience. The are really calm, healthy and good for beginners. The path was beautiful and we stopped at a monastery. It was really interesting to see the inside and learn about the history. We had such a good time there, that we decided to do a secend trip 2 days after. We are equestrians and we would never do a ridingtrip, if the woulnt treated well.
