This small bay was chosen by a Hollywood movie maker to producer Mama Mia movie. All restaurants and hotels are very nice decorated. The bay is quite rocky and reminds me pirates movie. Cars are not allowed, so you have to park and go on foot through the stone steps. Definitely worth a visit. Very beautiful, quiet and pastoral, better to arrive in off season because then it is not too hot and busy ... A unique place which is a must visit for anybody that is in the territory. The place where the mama Mia was actually Scenic little spot tucked away in the heart of the Pilion. Restaurants dotted all around the small village. Pricey at times because of the Mama Mia influence. Pretty and worth a visit. Park at the top and walk down the cobble steps. Careful not to slip! Wonderful romantic place Unique place, great scenery and view, great people, peace for mind. Lovely spot! Damouchari as a village is very nice, the castle itself is not really worth while seeing. There are only some ruins left of the former castle. You can climb up the little mountain to the castle, but there is not really much to see. Really beautiful place!
