My daughter loved how he heard her name in the queue and then addressed her by it when it was her turn to have her balloon. She then came up to see him at the end as she burst her bunny ear and was upset and he fixed it for her. He copied the design from my sons top for his balloon and for my daughters he copied the bunny on her socks. He was with the and they loved their balloons! Took my the other week and they had fun. I have visited Tigers centre with my many times over the last 5 years. It is always clean, organised and the have lots of fun! We also love the food! Lots of choices for everyone and good value for money. Super easy booking system and loyalty card for regular visits. We will continue to visit as the love it! We had our son’s birthday party, after many visits, at Tigers. He (and we) had a fab time. The were polite and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. His highlight was being able to sit on a throne for the meal! A member of staff, Alanna was polite and offered us help when my son lost his toy in a part we couldn't get to, she was polite and so helpful.
