It was probably middle of the season, and even on a weekday it's been packed like herrings in a box. We had one young guy at the tickets speaking English and being helpful, and inside the lifeguards tried their best at English (which was much less successful, but still got score for trying). The magical wonder whatever is, well, XXXXX, or nicely put it is extremely far from what's advertised. It may be salty but definitely not Dead Sea salty, even probably not Adriatic Sea salty, it is a normal (pretty much watered up) thermal with probably still useful minerals, but, well, it's just that. And it's only one really-really small pond (with questionable cleanness, but that's hard to judge for thermal water) with about a trillion seniors hanging there the whole day, so you may walk around in the as much as you like, sitting is luck based. (There may be other thermal under construction, under renovation, under inspection, under influence or under whatever reason for them being closed.) Other are heated tap water, clean, still full of people but that you get for midsummer. There is a wave generating generating, surprise, 50 cm waves hourly for 10 minutes. There are slides (I haven't checked), and inside (for triple the price), and wellness (for some multiples of the price), but we've been told the is the same, only the environment is unlike the outside socialist-era people's waterpark. Everything is slovak only. Boards, signs, even warnings. No map of the area, you may go around and find out what's where. Toilets are plenty and clean, and there are drinking at multiple places. There are also (paid) safety boxes, probably not completely accidentally. Parking is paid only (not expensive, it was €3 for a day in 2024), lots of places though. The spa is fairly expensive for a normal complex and fairly a lie about that dead sea stuff, and absolutely laughable that it would be any place in any european rank of whatevers, since this is not European service level, it's a Slovak Village Service Level (except the prices). The owner(s) should get a clue. Or more. It wouldn't cost money, only some efforts and common sense. Place for relaxing, live spring rich of a minerals. Skvele pocasie, ochotny personal, dakujem. Well this is a thought one. Nice spot. The location is well know for a sunny weather in summer. Food in buffet is restaurant grade and cheap. Bier is cheap. Restaurants are very nice good food good price. But the facility as far as in 2022 are terrible only small for children. The deepest one is like 50cm. Very good spot for family with kids. Great day out with kids, make sure to bring cash We have been there off season. in May. only the Thermal spa was open. We used covered indoor pool. And few outdoor Thermal fór sitting. It was not great. No special attraction fór kids no internal tobogan. The whole place is quite confusing. Additionally cost was too high for what it was. I do not recommed. the discount on the entrance fee after 5 p.m. is unreasonable, overpriced, attractions close at 18:00 and it's bad luck ..... the tobogans are actually short slides ... but enough attractions for children ...you could only jump into the from 3 places and that is also a 3-lane for swiming ...chaos....basically a small local bath open to thousands of visitors... evaluation only for the summer swimming pool, thermal baths with healing are ok. veľmi dobré na oddych Great... Salty mineral water... Unique in European Union! A large place, maybe a little bit confusing at first, but then it's really awesome. The thermal is so warm that you'll never want to leave it. The normal are also great, there's even a part dedicated to serious swimming. A great park for the whole family. We had a superb day out with the kids. Unfortunately, mere hours after we left it was hit by a tornado! Will be closed now for a while unfortunately. Our best wishes while they rebuild and recover from this terrible disaster. Super👌 Už aby som tam znovu bol 🤔👍 V termálnej vode v Podhájskej som bol 4 dni a to denne 3 x po jednej hodine. Po príchode domov som zistil, že mi na nohách zmizla psoriáza.
