If the weather is sunny, a hat and some sun screen is also required. Right before the cliff there is a restaurant but one should check the opening season: I went there twice and it was closed. Beautiful views, different hiking options but I was surprised by how touristy this place is (the other places I've hiked in the Jura mountain range are usually not, as opposed to the Alps). I believe it comes from the fact that the main point of interest is located next to a restaurant with road access, so people can just drive there and stop to take pictures rather than hike all the way.
