Throughout the 40 minute walk, you can see and feed many different breeds of and enjoy their presence up close. We stop by park after leaving Jonathan spa hotel because it was not far and on the way back to Riga. I absolutely loved the park, unfortunately we didn't see wild pigs Pekari. But white were amazing. I never saw so close to me in my life. They also very gentle when they eat from you palm so dont be afraid. We bough food buckets with apple, seeds and little carrots. I would also bring with me but I wasn't sure what is allowed or not. It took us 1-1.5 to spend there and we happily went home. Great memories and photos. Great walk through the park. Very nicely done. The welcomed the apple pieces that we were allowed to feed. A good opportunity to slow down and take the stroll though nature in a beautiful landscape. A real experience with deers. They come for the food and follow you around. It’s not too crowded and not like a zoo. Some will just hang around and won’t come to you as the area for them is quite spacious. I enjoyed my time here. Beautiful setting with a pleasant walk around many compounds. Don't forget to take a bucket of grains with you....maybe 2 buckets because the are super friendly, hungry and gorgeous. Nice place to see real deers. There is also a guest house next to it. There is a possibility to feed the deers, the food costs 2 euros. The entrance is 4 euros. The only issue is the road to that place is not asphalted. Great place! So beautiful and peaceful! are so cute and friendly!
