Since the last week, we are all Covid positive in the family and I am trying to reach a doctor for some medical advise. There is no scope to contact any doctor and nurse for booking an appointment. I went there after 5pm, got my number and the nurse arrived in less than a minute. I had to ask to speak English because I am foreigner and she didn’t have any problem, and switched to English immediately. After describing my symptoms, she told me what they probably need to do next, and send me wait in the hall for blood testing. And again another very nice person arrived and pick me up, did the blood test and then sending me back to wait for a doctor. The doctor pick me up in few minutes and I had to again ask for speaking English but she had no problem. After doing some checks on me she again sent me for another test which took a while. Overall, I must say that all the people, I met there, were very very pleasant. Everyone was smiling and giving me positive energy when I felt really bad. I had an extremely disappointing experience with the psychology department at Ålidhems hälsocentral. The services provided were subpar and left much to be desired. Firstly, scheduling an was a nightmare. The administrative staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed, resulting in long wait times and frequent scheduling errors. It was frustrating to deal with such incompetence when seeking help for mental health issues. Secondly, the quality of care I received was severely lacking. My therapist appeared disinterested and rushed during our sessions, offering little meaningful support or guidance. It felt like they were simply going through the motions without any genuine concern for my well-being. Overall, I would not recommend the psychology department at Ålidhems to anyone seeking health support. The lack of professionalism, care, and respect for patients' needs is unacceptable.
