La pista dove hanno giocato i bambini si è inceppata più volte, e per togliere i birilli dalla pista abbiamo dovuto attendere molto perché lo stesso personale era impegnato in cassa o al bancone dei dolciumi… 3) Lato cena: lasciare perdere. Anche qui personale insufficiente. Abbiamo atteso tantissimo tra l’ ordinazione (dove ho dovuto attirare l’attenzione del cameriere per l’ ordinazione) e l’arrivo del cibo. Inoltre l’ordine di un piatto non era partito e quindi la persona (mia ospite) ha dovuto attendere il doppio. 4) Personale di sala poco attento alle esigenze dei clienti (ad esempio per ordinare o richiedere altre bevande). Mi sono dovuta alzare varie volte per chiedere informazioni sui piatti, ordinare bevande e chiedere di sparecchiare.
