Die Beratung wirkte lustlos, und auf Probleme wurde kaum eingegangen. Insgesamt fühlte ich mich nicht gut betreut – definitiv nicht der Service, den man bei Tesla erwarten würde. Habe mich gegen deswegen gegen Tesla entschieden. Das Tesla Service Center Hannover hat mich voll überzeugt. Der Service an meinem Model X war nicht nur schnell und professionell, es wurde auch geladen, damit ich entspannt wieder nach Hause fahren konnte. Das Team war äußerst freundlich, kompetent und zeigte sich sehr kulant. Der gesamte Ablauf war unkompliziert und kundenorientiert. Wer Wert auf exzellenten Service legt, ist hier genau richtig.
