They are all good services, but today they delayed my time for almost an hour before departure from hannover to hamburg. Anyway, flixbus services are well appreciated. The lady gave me an info.The place is small and cosy.Near is a place where you can wait for your buss or use the toilet. The bad thing is that they close it at 22:00. the worst experience ever. our bus was delayed, then never came. we were waiting 7 HOURS in cold and snow, freezing. we took another bus at 1pm (also delayed), so 7h 20mins after the original bus was supposed to come. Guys from the 'flixbus Hannover shop' or whatever it is, were not able to help us and give any information. i suggest u fire them all, let them find better, at least a bit meaningful jobs and close this 'shop info point' or whatever it is cuz it's simply USELESS. However my bus was just cancelled and instead of nice 5 hours trip I had 11,5 hours of trip by bus and changing the transport. In addition to this between changing I had to wait 3 hours and 44 minutes. All these things were within 22:15 and 10:03 hours. Well no sleep, no comfort, but money was paid… Better not to use this service.. I called and made a report, I was told to fill in a form I did that, and it said they have found something similar to the initials I indicated on the form, I was told I shouldn’t call or send email but they are going to email me after verifying, is 2 days since I lost my wallet, I don’t know how long will it take to verify, I have my ID, my credit card, and my monthly ticket, this are important things I need in my life on daily bases. I had to even call my bank to block my card. I left my bag in ICE train, I got it the next day, I called and confirmed what was in my bag and that was it. the most import thing is i knew the number, the date and time I board the train, it was Easy and smooth.
