Staff were beary nice and helpful 😃👍 There were shelf meters of great information about champagne, wine and tasting as well as attractions nearby and activities. Located right on the Avenue de Champagne, where all the famous brands are lined up. A really nice first impression of the town 😊👍 Btw, also had a great selection of postcards and not even overpriced regarding the location 🏷👌 A beautiful small town in the region of France fills you with all that goes in the making of champagne. We made a trip by car to the rolling hills and villages where the grapes are grown, harvested and then sent to the wineries where the famous is produced and came back highly enthused with what we saw. We took a train to Reims from Gare de Lyon and proceeded to Reims where we spent some good time in the quaint town. After having lunch, we took the train to Epernay, called up a local taxi service and took a tour of the vineyards, villages, and wineries which make this region so special. Great vantage points from up in the hills, a beautiful cathedral and the sheer beauty of the place made our day a very special one! Extremely helpful Staff who answered our questions about the Light Parade tonight & where we bought some 🍾 souvenirs- Many Thanks Great staff very helpful, delicious tasting Mercier , Dom perignon ,tasting tour booked through Viator.The driver Thomas picked us up in a timely fashion was polite and ver accommodating. Had a good tour with great information on Mercier and how at age 20 promoted his and built a massive cask , that could hold 5000 litres of wine . Tour guide was amazing! She answered every question was such fun and knowledgeable. This was a wonderful addition to our time in Champagne. One of the best tourist offices we have been to in France. Over the years we have been to many. Great service and merchandise of the region. Not to mention the fabulous free tasting. Very friendly and well informed staff Super helpful. Good advice, beautiful spot, also has toilets. Free map of the city with a walkable city tour included. I requested some leaflets about the region online and they were delivered by post within a few days. I was happy to pop in to thank the people personally on my visit. Excellent service, thank you.
