The only one slope is well prepared the lift is fast and comfortable. There is only one restaurant which is a self service one. Prepare for long queue! What a great with the World Gold Panning event at the Salamandra Resort. Bit difficult to communicate, their English is not very good. Such a beautiful at Sumer ! Nice people there but not to noise. Wonderful trip, beautiful conditions. Slope was very nicely looked after, modern facilities and very friendly staff. The ski run is a good length and a nice red run difficultly. Perfect for a short visit to test your ski legs. Also highly recommended the Wellness centre although the water temps could have been warmer in the pool, jacuzzi & showers. This ski resort is small and easy for beginners and family with kids. Nearby is also ice skating place and hotel with restaurant. On top of the hill is nice view over the town Banska Stiavnica 😏 positives: Very friendly, good food, comfortable beds, clean rooms negative: sad turtle in a small dirty and depressing aquarium (according to the info, these turtles normally like to swim, but this one has no space) Great place , perfect for families, staff helpful and professional. Awesome lake right in front of the resort with beautiful view. I like the hotel and resort—they’re good for kids—but they have a strong dislike for ski-tourers and the employees of the ski areal are just rude! This is the third I’ve had some issue. Once, they threw me out, while I was going up (empty sloper) claiming it was prohibited to go up the side of the slope, without offering any explanation. Another time, I was simply pulling my 2-year-old on flat ground teaching her to ski, and they told me it wasn’t allowed and that I should hire an instructor—even though the instructors told me they don’t take children that young. Most recently, I went on the slope after it was closed at 5pm, and a guy jumped out of a snowcat, yelling like a madman, saying I was disrupting his work and asking why I was on the part he had just finished grooming. He was incredibly angry and completely unreasonable. Overall, a terrible experience. Krásne prostredie, pekný hotel a výborný animátori Maťka a Adam vymýšľali super animačný program. Syn sa s nimi veľmi zabavil ani nechcel ísť domov. Určite sa sem ešte vrátime. Ďakujeme Takto maju vyzerať hotelové služby.Jednoducho niečo úžasné.velmi milý personál hlavne vedúci reštaurácie.velmi sme ocenili prístup k psikom.asi prvý krát sme nemali pocit ze niekomu psik vadi a bonus je prekrásna príroda.určite sa vrátime zas. We went there with a bigger group yesterday . The food was good. There were two ppl who served us. The guy was kind he didnt get our order right but thats allright. A black haired lady served us she was quite rude. Veľmi odporúčame tento hotel. Boli sme s naším 2,5 ročným synčekom ktorý bol priam nadšený. Wellness perfektný napriek tomu, že sme boli cez víkend tých ľudí tam veľa nebolo. Jedlo úžasné, čašníčky veľmi príjemné usmiate zhovorčivé. Ale najviac oceňujem animátorov Adama a Maťku - tí si získali nášho syna hneď, čo nie je jednoduché. Takže keď sa sem vrátime určite aj kvôli nim. Sme s pobytom velmi spokojny po vsetkych strankach. Odporucame kazdemu vyskusat. Uzasne animatorky Tami a Matka, sa denne s velkou ochotou venovali detom. Urcite sa vratime aj kvoli nim. Jedlo vyborne, obrovsky vyber, personal neskutocne mily a usluzny. Wellnes s bazenom a virivkami skvely. Vsetko velmi ciste. Ocenujeme ze sme pobyt mohli absolvovat aj so psikmi a servis aj pre psikov bol na vysokej urovni.
