When we arrived they send US back because of how they said "too many people in queue" but we made reservation online! Later I've send an email with explanation of situation. They apologized and said that I can book a session and will get an extra ticket as an apology. I was surprised and asked for date after that no answer that was 13 february. Since then I've send many emails with questions when I can use my tickets and after no response, I was asking to return my money. So it's april already and still no answer. If management doesn't stop being cheap in those regards, this place will slowly lose all customers and close...
